MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
The center offers a temporary home and a professional care for children with addiction problems and supports children throughout the alienation process. It provides medical, psychological and educational rehabilitation if possible in cooperation with parents. It ensures aftercare for children and provides education. It also helps street children and children without parental care whose domestic situation is problematic. It offers a safe growing environment for children and help in finding solutions to their problems. It is the oldest shelter in Tallinn, established in 1993.

- A temporary home for children in need
- Nõmme tee center (40 places) specializes in children with addiction problems at age 10-18 for a period of 10-12 months
- Lilleküla center (14 places) specializes in children without parental care at age 3-18 for a period of 1 night to 2 months
