The mission of the Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family (FRCCF) is to support vulnerable and marginalised children so that they can grow in a safe family environment and benefit from the education and health care they need.

FIELDS OF INTERVENTION
The urban community development programmes aim at reducing child abandonment and school dropout and build up beneficiary families' capacity to cope with the troubling changes affecting their lives.
The rural community development programmes focus on identifying and solving community-specific problems and creating community spirit.
The child migration prevention / trafficking project targets a number of communities affected by migration. The programme comprises information campaigns on the dangers to which children migrating alone to Western Europe are exposed, but it also tries to come up with alternatives for those who decide was to leave the country.
